Old habits die hard. I find this to be especially true with eating habits. We tend to eat the same foods over and over again with little variation. Even those of us who cook have a few go-to recipes that we reuse over and over again. The result is that we end up eating a pretty narrow range of foods. Consequently, we get the same nutrients from our foods, which may not be all the nutrients we need, along with the same toxins.

I know how hard it is to break habits, especially when it comes to food. Meal planning takes time and effort, and most of us have too little time for that in our busy lives.
